Sharon McSwiney

Sharon McSwiney has been designing and making jewellery, metalwork and greetings cards for over 14 years after graduating from the Birmingham School of Jewellery with a BA (Hons) in Jewellery and Silversmithing.  Working from her studio in Worcestershire, in both precious and non-precious metals such as copper and brass she creates jewellery and metalwork in various decorative finishes.  The individual designs feature quirky characters and humorous animals often with a theme. Inspiration comes from folk art, children's illustrations, textiles and a love of gardening! Items also include objects found at the seaside, rockets/spacemen and characters from the arctic.
