Emily Morgan

Emily Morgan studied Silversmithing and metalwork at Camberwell College of Art in London, graduating in 1995.  She then won a scholarship to study goldsmithing at the Summer College of Fine Arts in Saltzburg with Giampaualo Babetto. Emily spent the following 5 years as a freelance designer and maker of scenery props and exhibitions in Frankfurt, Germany.  Now back in England and based in Lewes, East Sussex, Emily has set up a jewellery workshop and works full time, designing and making exclusive and unsusual contemporary jewellery. Although she works mainly in silver and semi precious stones, most items can be made to order in gold.  Emily enjoys making playful jewellery with moving parts such as ball bearings or semi precious 'balls' rolling freely inside silver cages.
