Keith says of himself: "Born a long long time ago and spent the first 21 years of my life in, what was then a small village, called Studley in Warwickshire. Sadly urban sprawl has changed it so it is now not so much a village as an extension of the local town. I digress. Following school, at which I was average to bad although I was good at art, I decided engineering was the direction for me, my irrational passion for motor cars led me to an apprenticeship in the motor trade. I attended Bromsgrove College and completed Motor Vehicle Mechanics, Technicians, Motor Trade law and management; I also took an ONC engineering drawing course. By this time I had moved to a firm specialising in the repair and restoration of Rolls Royce, Bentley (modern and vintage) plus other exotic cars including Lea Francis, Bugatti and others.  My life at this time seemed predictable and predestined so I gave that up and moved to Cornwall, I had always liked Cornwall.  Here I moved into sales, all sorts of things, which in turn led to a career in Financial Services starting in sales followed by management, recruitment and development. What on earth does this have to do with the jewellery I make here you ask, well nothing.  I have an engineering background, a love of the visual arts and am totally self-taught (not sullied by all that college stuff). I have been making jewellery for more than 30 years, over which time the work has evolved and continues evolving. Many pieces are one-offs (I get bored doing the same thing over and over) I also believe that for the price you have to pay you should be able to wear a piece of mine and not run into someone wearing the same thing.  Last thing, I give a life time guarantee on all my work i.e. if it breaks and I am alive I will fix it free of charge.  I hope you enjoy your jewellery.  I am happy to undertake commissions however bizarre."
