Delivery times and charges
Most items which you can ‘Add to Cart’ can be shipped within 7 days of receipt of your order. If this is not possible, for example if an item is out of stock, we will advise you as soon as possible, along with an estimated delivery schedule.
Items which you cannot ‘Add to Cart’ will probably have to be made to order, we will advise an estimated delivery schedule and current price as soon as possible after you make your enquiry. Some items can take up to eight weeks to be made.
If it is not possible for us to fulfil your order, for example the item was a unique piece which has been sold, we will let you know as soon as possible.
All prices include VAT at the standard rate of 20%.
Deliveries to addresses in the UK will usually be made by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day with a standard delivery charge of £6 per order. Charges for overseas deliveries will be added accordingly during check-out. All deliveries must be signed for.
There are restrictions to which countries can buy from us online, if your home country or shipping destination is not listed, please contact us.
We can accept payment by GoogleCheckout or PayPal. Goods must be paid for in full at the time of ordering.
If you change your mind about a purchase you are entitled to a 7 working days ‘cooling off’ period, from the date of delivery, during which time you may return your purchase for a full refund, credit note or as part payment on another item. If you are buying an item as a gift and would like an extended ‘cooling off’ period this must be agreed with us at the time of ordering.
If you change your mind about a purchase prior to despatch, please contact us as soon as possible through your customer account.
Refunds or exchanges will only be considered for faulty items, items damaged in transit to the customer or unwanted items returned unworn and in perfect condition with original packaging. Pebbles can only accept the cost of the return of faulty items or items damaged in transit to the customer.
Please advise us of your intention to return an item prior to doing so by logging into your account and using the provided returns procedure. Please do
return an item without the appropriate Returns Code.
Items which have been personally commissioned are exempt from the entitlement to the ‘cooling off’ period and cannot be refunded or exchanged, although every attempt will be made to ensure a satisfactory outcome.
